Perfection is a process. It takes time, technique and dedication to hit a deadly free-kick. The right foot support, strike-zone and body balance are crucial to hit with a perfect connection.

It’s a Friday night and I’m staying in so that means I might as well post some sports as there’s nothing else to post. I just came across Nike’s Youtube channel and saw a bunch of videos about how to be a good striker, how to take free kicks and more. Up top is Sun Xiang who shows you how to take a good free kick.
